1. Acceptance

By downloading or playing GeraCity you agree to these Terms.

2. License

Gera Services Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play GeraCity for personal entertainment purposes only.

3. GeraCoins

GeraCoins are virtual rewards with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Gera may modify the GeraCoins programme with 30 days notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not reverse-engineer the game, use cheats or automation bots, manipulate leaderboards, or use the game for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content is owned by Gera Services Ltd or its licensors. No IP rights are transferred to players.

6. Disclaimers

GeraCity is provided "as is". Gera does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gera's total liability from your use of GeraCity shall not exceed £10. Gera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
